Admission Requirements
A bachelor of fine arts degree in painting or the equivalent in undergraduate course work (minimally this would mean 60 credit hours in studio art and 16 credit hours in art history) is required for admission to this program. Additionally a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.6 is required. Prospective students must submit 20 images of recent work on a cd/dvd to be reviewed by the graduate faculty of the Department of Art and Art History along with undergraduate transcripts and three letters of recommendation. All materials are sent directly to the Graduate School at 105 Main Street, Durham, NH 03824.
